I had the pleasure of training under Brian during a teacher training course in Sydney, over a period of 1 year. We worked for 10 hours a week on Latin and Ballroom starting at a beginner level. Brian was warm, approachable and very knowledgeable. His experience in the professional, competitive world of ballroom dancing was evident as he taught us, imparting many tips and fun ways to remember things and helping us through our frustrations as we learnt. Always professional and classy, yet gentle and with a great sense of humour, Brian was an absolutely treat to learn from and dance with, whisking you around the ballroom dance floor like you were floating.. there was always so much more to learn and I wish my time under Brian lasted longer.

I have been very lucky to have been taught a variety of dances both in Ballroom and Latin courses under Brian. He makes learning to dance fun and interesting, he makes learning the steps simple. Brian is very patient with his students, he takes time to demonstrate the steps more than once if a student is having difficulty and makes his students feel comfortable and at ease. He is a very warm, funny, gentle person and passionate about his dancing. Has had many years of experience which shows through his teaching methods. We have enjoyed the pleasure of dancing for a number of years now, experiencing different schools and instructors. Classes with Brian in Latin & Ballroom is always challenging and fun. He will take the time to show you the basics as well as the finer points in all dances, so that you can be capable and independant on the dance floor. An hour goes so quickly and you forget the world and your troubles. Come away mentally refreshed, just feeling good.
